Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. BeautybyKenz has a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify BeautybyKenz as soon as possible to reschedule, No show policy is 100% of service booked so please let me know if you need to cancel :)
